Engagement steps

1. Reply with project type and goal.
2. 20-minute discovery call. Free.
3. Scope doc and invoice within 24 hours.
4. Kickoff once payment lands.

Payment

• 50% upfront, 50% on delivery.
• Payments processed via Cashfree Payments — cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, and international cards supported.
• Prices are fixed at kickoff. No hourly billing unless explicitly stated.
• Hourly add-on rate: $85/hr, capped at 10 hours per week.

Scope

• Scope is locked at kickoff via the written scope doc.
• Anything outside that scope = change order with a new line-item price.
• Each build includes 1 round of revisions unless noted otherwise.

Ownership and IP

• You own the code, designs and assets we deliver — fully and exclusively.
• Repository transfers to your GitHub on full payment.
• We retain the right to display anonymised case studies unless you request otherwise.

Confidentiality

NDA available on request. We treat your data, designs and unreleased product info as confidential by default, NDA or not.

Refunds

If we fail a written acceptance milestone, that milestone is not invoiced. Work already delivered is non-refundable.

Post-launch support

• 30–60 days of bug-fix support included depending on tier.
• Beyond that, monthly retainer or hourly.

Liability

We're a small studio. Liability is capped at the amount paid for the engagement in question. We don't accept liability for indirect or consequential loss.

Governing law

Tamil Nadu, India. Disputes resolved in courts of Chennai unless otherwise agreed in writing.
