By accessing or using the services provided by NOETIC LABORATORIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("Noetic") and its ventures—BuzzChat, MarketMetrics, PRFX, and codebit.in—you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.
2.0 User Accounts & Security
To access certain features (e.g., codebit.in courses, BuzzChat dashboards), you may be required to register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3.0 Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use our Services to:
- Upload or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our AI models or platforms.
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access our Services without permission.
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of our systems.
4.0 Intellectual Property Rights
Noetic Ownership: The Services, including but not limited to AI algorithms, software code, visual interfaces, and educational content (codebit.in materials), are the exclusive property of Noetic Laboratories and its licensors.
User Content: You retain ownership of any content you upload (e.g., BuzzChat training docs). By uploading, you grant Noetic a limited, non-exclusive license to use this content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service for you.
5.0 Payment & Refund Policy
Certain services are offered on a subscription or one-time fee basis. By selecting a paid service, you agree to pay the specified fees.
Refund Policy: All payments are generally non-refundable. However, we acknowledge that exceptional circumstances occur. Noetic Laboratories reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to issue a full or partial refund based on usage and the specific nature of the issue. This applies primarily to cases of proven service failure, critical technical errors, or duplicate billing. Refund requests must be submitted to our support team within 7 days of the transaction.
6.0 Venture-Specific Disclaimers
Content provided by MarketMetrics is for informational purposes only and does NOT constitute financial advice. We are not liable for any trading losses incurred based on our analysis.
AI agents may produce inaccurate or hallucinated responses. You are responsible for verifying the output of AI agents before deployment or reliance.
7.0 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Noetic Laboratories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
