This Privacy Policy describes how NOETIC LABORATORIES (OPC) PRIVATE LIMITED ("Noetic", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information across our ecosystem of ventures: BuzzChat (AI Automation), MarketMetrics (Financial Intelligence), PRFX (Digital Services), and codebit.in (Education). By using any Service within the Noetic network, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Name, email address, phone number, and billing information collected during account registration or purchase for any venture (e.g., enrolling in a codebit.in course or subscribing to MarketMetrics).

2.2 Service-Specific Data
  • BuzzChat: Business documents (PDFs, text) uploaded for training chatbots. These are processed solely for generating your specific agent's responses.
  • MarketMetrics: Watchlists, portfolio data, and specific financial queries used to personalize market insights.
  • codebit.in: Learning progress, quiz scores, and code submissions.
2.3 Usage & Telemetry

Log files, device information, browser type, and interaction metrics to monitor system stability and optimize system performance.

3.0 How We Use Your Data

We utilize your data for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain our Services across all ventures.
  • To improve, personalize, and expand our ecosystem.
  • To understand and analyze how you use our Services (e.g., training AI models to better understand user intent, without exposing private data).

4.0 AI Training & Data Privacy

For our AI-driven ventures (BuzzChat, MarketMetrics), we adhere to strict data segregation. Your private business documents uploaded to BuzzChat are NOT used to train our base foundation models that are shared with other customers. They are indexed exclusively for your dedicated instance.

5.0 Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners and trusted affiliates. We may disclose your information where required to do so by law or subpoena.

6.0 Security Protocols

We implement robust security measures including AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Access to personal data is restricted to employees, contractors, and agents who need to know that information in order to process it on our behalf.
